Rijdend over het strand richting de zeehonden zagen wij plotseling 4 zwarte stipjes. Al naderbij komend bleken dit jakhalzen te zijn.
Frappant feit is dat zij véél groter waren dan die wij later zouden zien in Etosha. Voedsel is daar waarschijnlijk schaars.
Driving over the beach towards the seals we saw 4 black spots in the distance.
This proved to be jackals.
They are much bigger than the ones we saw later on in Etosha where food is harder to get.
