Tijdens onze reis hebben wij zowel in het Bwindi Impenetrable National Park en in het Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda de berggorilla's bezocht.
Beide keren waren het onvergetelijke ervaringen, waarbij de zware trekking in Uganda mij zeker nog bij is gebleven, Heuvel op en af, glibberig en steil in een warm en vochtig klimaat waarbij ik geen droge draad meer aan mijn lijf had. Gelukkig konden we bij de gorilla's wat uitrusten.

Zoals je op de foto's ziet is er een duidelijk verschil in uiterlijk tussen de berggorilla poulatie in Uganda en Rwanda.

During our trip we visited mountain gorillas in both the Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in Uganda and the Volcanoes National Park in Rwanda.
Both were unforgettable experiences, from which the heavy trekking in Uganda is engraved in my memory. Up and down slippery and steep hills in a warm and humid climate after which I did not have a dry stitch on my body.
Fortunately we could rest after reaching the gorillas.

Looking at the pictures you will notice the difference in appearance between the gorilla populations in Uganda and Rwanda.
